Not sure what prompted me to decide to build an airplane, but here we are.

I guess as a super busy trial lawyer, I just decided I did not have enough to do. I mean, my kids are out of the house, so why not.

I have built plenty of IKEA furniture. Surely this can’t be any harder than that. The instructions have to be better and include actual words instead of those amorphous little people pointing at things in the Swedish furniture instructions.

What I do know is that I don’t know much about rivets. There are a lot of things to know about rivets. So I will be watching every single YouTube I can find about rivets. It will be riveting! OK, not my best work.

At the end of this project, I hope to have a really great little airplane and a whole lot of tools.
